Sailing route planner
Pick a cruising ground and draw the passage. The planner puts an OpenSeaMap seamark layer over a plain chart, calculates each leg as you add waypoints, and totals the distance of the route.
Waypoints and stopovers
A waypoint is a point the boat sails past. Mark one as a stopover and it becomes a night in a harbour or an anchorage, carrying the number of nights and whatever notes belong to it. The route keeps its order, so the plan reads as an itinerary rather than a list of coordinates.
Share a route without an account
Any route can be published as a read-only link. Whoever opens it sees the chart, the stops and the distances without signing in and without being added to the trip.
Cruising grounds
The planner opens on a chosen sailing area rather than a blank world map: the Adriatic and the Croatian islands, the Balearics, the Ionian and the Aegean, the Baltic and the North Sea, and the rest of the grounds people actually charter in.
